Thousands of Bicolanos flocked to the Ateneo de Naga University
Chapel Wednesday night to join the necrological services for their
favorite son, former Sen. Raul S. Roco. Among the speakers who
paid homage to their friend, mentor and brother are (inset, left
to right): fellow Bicolano Sen. Joker Arroyo, political ally and
former AFP Chief of Staff Renato de Villa, Naga City Mayor Jesse
Robredo, IBP National President Jose Anselmo Cadiz, and younger
brother Ramon Roco.
