Relieving Mother’s Pain

The Bible reveals the sublime accounts of the dawn of life – from
the earth that had no form and was void and the darkness that was
over the deep came a terrene that had been the cradle of the
multifarious kinds of creatures, the earth which was once a futile
embodiment suspended in the caliginosity of the universe is now
the home which shelters the humanity, the fauna and the flora.
Mystery remains a mystery for it is the enigma that proves the
existence of a far more powerful being, stronger than man,
mightier than science.
From the murk, a life was born and from this life bursts a nature,
the Mother Earth which gave symmetry to the seemingly incomplete
yet incomparable creation; the Mother Earth that is the reason
behind most, if not all, the survival of the many other forms of
life; and the Mother Earth which seems to get all the dreadful
doings of man, of science.
Man and Science Subjugate. Man is wise. science is powerful.
Advancement ensues. Every second, new knowledge is being acquired;
various discoveries and inventions take place. Man has become very
insatiable and science has been an instrument that helps man find
his way to his desires, regardless of the extent, regardless of
what is being compromised – even the Mother Earth that provides
refuge to him. Nature plays a very vital role in every aspect of
man’s life. It is the nature that makes him a complete being. But
despite the goodness that Mother Earth unfolded to man, man seems
to scourge her with the ill-treatment she is never worthy of, the
abuses that are continuously discharged by man just to suffice his
caprices. The green fields and mountains that turned brown, the
freshness of the air which now kills because of its filthiness,
the floods and storms that ruined the life of every man are just
few of the many consequences of man’s actions. Mother Earth
received a lot already in the hands of man and Mother Earth has
more to give.
When Mother Earth whips. Man has become so mean that he almost
forgot that Mother Earth can fight back. The force of nature is
stronger than the force that man can do. In a glimpse, everything
may return to the dust, the earth may lose its light and duskiness
once again prevails. Alpha is in the Bible, and so the Omega.
Justice is giving what is due to others yet our Mother Earth is
not receiving what is due to her. There are still lots of
mysteries unraveled and there is still ample time for man to give
Mother Earth the justice she deserves…
