y LUCENILLAS. Local musical artists, students, barangay
residents and city officials led by Naga City Mayor Jesse M.
Robredo last Dec. 15 walked in time along Naga’s history with a
parade of lanterns and rendition of old Christmas carols and
church hymns in three venues — the Peñafrancia Basilica, Naga
Metropolitan Cathedral, and Plaza Quezon with the giant Christmas
tree as centerpiece — as the city celebrates Kamundagan Festival.
The photos were taken by city hall photographer Vic Villaflor who
passed away early Monday morning, Dec. 19, due to cardiac arrest.
