 RELIEF
OPERATIONS. The Camarines
Sur provincial government headed by Governor LRay Villafuerte
jointly with the local government of Bato, Camarines Sur and the
Naga City Peñafrancia Lions Club conducted relief operations in
the municipality of Bato. Almost half of the 33 barangays of Bato
were submerged by floodwaters due to continuous torrential rains
exacerbated by the overflow of Bato Lake. In top photo above, is
