LEGAZPI City – Fearing a repeat of the increasing number of fatalities wrought by the undetected tsunami that hit various coastlines in Southeast Asia, India, and Africa following an earthquake in Indonesia a few days ago, Press Secretary Ignacio Bunye during a visit here, read a message by President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo that promised to release funds for the upgrading of the still-existing “tsunami motor” installed by the US government in the mid-40s in the Port of Legazpi here
