communities of Naga City. The Poor Sisters was established in 1999
under the jurisdiction of the Archbishop of Caceres running
orphanages, doing work of mercy at the prisons and hospitals, and
spreading a culture of hope among the less privileged sectors of

NEXT to insurgency, the campaign against illegal drugs has
been a top concern of the Camarines Sur Police Provincial
Office, according to P/Sr. Supt. Romeo Mapalo, PNP provincial
police director who admitted that drug abuse has always been
the root of rising criminality in the province.
