whom is Victor Philip V. de la Cruz who took and passed the
Nursing BOARD Licensure Examination on June 5 & 6 this year. With

HOTEL
IBALON of Iriga City is now up for sale after it was acquired
by ADB early this year. The hotel started operation in the late
‘70s and was considered as one of Bicol’s finest hotels until the
‘90s.
