Pre-Christmas Bazaar

A Pre-Christmas Bazaar will unfold at the Naga City Youth Center on November 19 & 20, 2005, Saturday and Sunday To be opened from 9:00 in the morning until 9:00 in the evening, shoppers will be delighted to grab a variety of seasonal Christmas decorations and holiday foods, accessories, toys, clothing, handmade crafts, jewelry, art, candles, shoes, flip-flops and a lot, lot more.

Admission is P5.00 and tickets will be sold at the gate. “This will be a good opportunity to invite family members and friends and enjoy a day of holiday shopping without the hassle of lining up at paycounters,” Monica Fulgentes, one of the organizers said.

The bazaar will be unique venue that features exclusive exhibitors, mostly enterprising housewives and talented and skilled individuals.

On the side, the event will feature added attractions such as picture-taking with Santa, Macrame-making seminar workshop and hourly-raffle draws.

The Bazaar will provide a forum for a new and exciting small business and talented craftsmen; and at the same time, give them a popular seasonal setting to promote and sell their products at the highest merchandising time of the year. Moreover, Professionals Unlimited, the event organizer, feels that through his affair they are able to introduce top quality and unique products to the regional market.

For this year, the group has decided to work with the Naga City government through the efforts of Councilor Nene de Asis and thus make the Naga Council of Culture & Arts as its beneficiary. As of this writing, Professionals Unlimited (PU) is busy finalizing the last details of the event. With barely a week to go, the group has their hands full to make sure that everything is settled and that no small detail is left out. Its initial success will foresee its installation as an annual event.
