DAET, Camarines Norte- A red Honda Dream scooter with EF 4114 plate number was recovered from Froilan Tabares, 20, after this town’s police led by SPO1 Rodrigo Chico apprehended the alleged carnapper, who had just stolen the motorcycle parked along Vinzons Avenue.

        Complaint from Armando Cabague, 60, resident of Purok 8, Barangay 4, said that at about eight o’clock in the evening, he parked his scooter near Nicole’s Videoke Bar. When he went out of the bar, he discovered it was gone.

        Authorities immediately recovered the stolen scooter in Purok 4, Barangay Lang-on while the suspect was asleep.

        It was reported that the suspect was waiting for someone called “Bagyo” to take away the stolen scooter to Jose Panganiban town.
