CELEBRITY MAGNET. The Camarines Sur Watersports Complex (CWC) located right within the Capitol Complex grounds is turning out to be a proverbial celebrity magnet as local showbiz personalities now regularly visit and test their skills in the current sports craze that is cable wakeboarding. Very recently, Katherine de Castro, Vice President Noli de Castro’s daughter and in her own right a known broadcast journalist, came to Camarines Sur with her co-hosts Lima Khouny, Jason Gainza, and Franzen Fajardo along with the crew and entourage of the hip travel show on TV, Trip na Trip, to get a taste and feel of the local tourist attractions and sceneries that are available to travelers and adventurers here in the province. A brainchi Id of Governor LRay Vil lafuerte, the cable wakeboarding facility complex was constructed primarilly to attract and satisfy the craving of high-end local and foreign tourists who are avid extreme sports advocates seeking easy access to such world class facilities and amenities without traveling too far to experience the thrill of the sport. Above photo shows the Trip na Trip cast and crew enjoying a short break as they try out the cable facilities while Kat de Castro tapes a segment for the show.
