NEW GENERATION OF YOUNG LEGISLATORS. Pamplona Councilor Janeth V. Remoquillo (2nd row, 6th from right) completed recently a 5-day training program for young legislators held at Robbinsdale Hotel, Quezon City. The capability building activity was conducted by the Center for Local and Regional Governance (CLRG), National College of Public Administration and Governance, University of the Philippines through the scholarship sponsorship of Senator Francis N. Pangilinan in coordination with the Philippine Council of Young Political Leaders (PCYPL) and the National Movement of Young Legislators (NMYL). The lady councilor was among the select few of 29 participants coming from Regions 1 to 12. Aside from Janeth, two other young Bicolano councilors from the 1st District of Cam. Sur - Ricardo B. Aquino, LGU Ragay (3rd row, 3rd from right) and Allan T. Villareal, LGU Del Gallego (2nd row, 2nd from left) were among the batch of graduates in the said workshop.
