Winners of the recent Kulakog On-the-Spot Art Contest sponsored by the Minalabac Cultural Heritage Society include (For Category A/15 years old and below): Arian S. Relorcasa, 1st prize, Patrick James A. Salamat, 2nd prize, and Bryan Joshua O. Nepez, 3rd prize. Winners of Category B/15 to 21 years old include Kris Anthony A. Loquilla, Hussein R. Arevalo, and Rosifel Cantonjos, Jr., 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes respectively. The winning art works were chosen by judges Cora Arejola, Estellito B. Jacob, and Andy Autor. The art contest hopes to draw attention to the Bikol legend of Kulakog, a giant believed to have lived on the banks of Bicol river long time ago.
