The Universidad de Sta. Isabel College of Nursing always had a Nursing Proficiency Center from the very start. One NPC for level 2 at USI main campus, and another NPC for levels 3 and 4 at the USI Annex along Panganiban Drive.

        Last Saturday, June 10 2006, in line with USI’s relentless drive for excellence, a spanking new and fully upgraded Nurisng Proficiency Center for level 2 was inaugurated and blessed. The level 2 Center is now at par with the NPC at USI Annex.

        The newly-renovated NPC, now almost double the size of the original, boasts of new, clean, more functional funitures and fixtures and looks like a first class hospital with state-of-the-art facilities. It includes a simulated delivery room, labor room, nursery, formula room, private room with a life-size dummy, nurses’ station, attended ward, lecture room, all with complete amenities and full airconditioning.

        Most Rev. Jose R. Roxas, Jr., D.D., Auxilliary Bishop of Caceres, blessed the Center, now ready to enhance the beginning skills of the Universidad de Sta. Isabel BSN level 2 students.
