The exam, which was given to all fresh graduates or graduates for the last two years of course like computer science, information technology, computer engineering and the like or in fields of mathematics and physics, was aimed at seeking able and highly competitive individuals in the province to work for the said firm and possibly have the chance to work in the land of “cherry blossoms” which is Japan.

Speaking before the applicants prior to the actual examination, Mr. Ramil Villanueva – ADTXT assistant vice president for corporate planning, mentioned that those who will pass the test will be trained by their company which would include a comparatively high quality of training on the Japanese Language that would guarantee them a high possibility of passing the Japanese Language Proficiency Test as evidenced by the 90% passing percentage garnered by their trainees which may be attributed to the fact that more than 90 percent of their training staff are Japanese language proficient, wherein 20% of whim are levels 1 and 2 proficiency certified, 60% level 3 certified and the rest are level 4 certified.

As initially disclosed, those who will make it in the exam will already receive salary while under the training period that will run for 5 months after the final interview and signing of the contract.
