IRRIGATION SYSTEM. DAR Support Services Chief Raquel P.
Claveria personally inspect the on-going construction of
irrigation canals of the Buluang Communal Irrigation System (CIS)
in Buhi, Camarines Sur. With Claveria is Development Facilitator
Ricardo Morante. The project once completed will provide continued
water flow from Buluang Creek to irrigate more than 127 hectares
of riceland in Bgys. San Antonio and San Vicente in said
municipality. The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) through its
Japanese funded-Agrarian Reform Infrastructure Support Project (ARISP
II) has allocated more than P11.5 million budget for the
