Flourishing Japan-Camarines Sur Relationship: Another batch of Japanese investors and businessmen visited Camarines Sur for the purpose of firming up arrangement with the provincial government of Camarines Sur as to the establishment of an agency that will conduct continuous recruitment of medical related service personnel such as nurses and caregivers to work in Japan, the Japanese Nursing Services (JNS), upon invitation from Camarines Sur Governor LRay Villafuerte. The group is actually just one among the several that responded to the same invitation, a significant indication of the blooming relationship between the two governments and its respective constituents, also a glaring testimony to the unrelenting efforts of the young governor in forging an alliance with Japan, acclaimed as one amongst the industrial giants of the world, as he campaigns the province to be the next IT hub for the good of his constituents. LRay Villafuerte, Mr. Kenzo Kiso, president and CEO of Kyowa Hai and executive board member of JNS, Mr. Seiichiro Shibao, Manager of JNS and Mr. Kozo Aburagi, secretary of JNS, Mr. Akitsugu Orui and Ms. Karen Trinidad of CSITC.
