VISITING RIZAL’S EXILE SHELTER. Naga City and Camarines Sur Provincial Prosecutors pose at the house constructed by national hero Dr. Jose P. Rizal in Talisay where he lived from March 1893 to July 31, 1896 during his four-year exile in Dapitan. The prosecutors visited the historic place during a respite from the National Convention of the National Prosecutors League of the Philippines (NPLP) held at nearby Dakak Resort at Dipolog City in Mindanao on April 3-6, 2006. The rectangular house was reconstructed in 1960 and sheltered Rizal, his mother Teodora, his sisters Trinidad and Maria, some nephews and niece Angelica, and his beloved wife Josephine Bracken.
