Naga City Mayor Jesse Robredo leads World Bank VP for East Asia and the Pacific James Adams and his entourage of top bank officers, including former DENR Secretary Bibeth Gozun who now works as City Development Strategy (CDS) head, to a tour of various pro-poor projects in Naga City.
