Bicol’s number of poor is down
But still poorest in entire Luzon - NEDA

NAGA CITY -- The percentage of poor individuals of Bicol had been down by 4.1 percent from 52.6 percent in 2000 to 48.5 percent in 2003, but its poverty incidence still puts the region the poorest in the entire Luzon, according to the poverty situation data from the National Economic Development Administration (Neda).
