DAET, Camarines Norte -- Joint elements of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group, the Daet PNP, and the Regional Intelligence Office-5 nabbed two men who are in the Municipal Most Wanted Person Roster at Purok 3, Barangay Mambalite, here on Monday morning, August 6.

        The authorities led by P/Supt. Nestor Tiempo, CIDG chief, collared Magana Gang leader Francisco Magana, l8, and Aldrin Ocan, l8, a nephew of Punong Barangay Arnulfo Ocan of Barangay Mambalite.

        In an interview with the Bicol Mail P/Supt. Tiempo, it was learned that the duo were arrested on the strength of warrant of arrest issued by Judge Maria Eden Huenda Altea of Regional Trial Court Branch 6l, Naga City, for criminal case 2007-0242, carnapping with a bail for each accuse of P300,000. and criminal case 2007-0243 for robbery with bail of Pl00,000. for each on the warrant signed by Judge Rosita L Lalwani of RTC Branch 28, Naga City.

        Magana and Ocan, on the 7th and 8th of the Daet PNP Most Wanted Person, respectively, are detained in the PNP Daet detention cell.
