DAET, Camarines Norte -- A live-in couple and a spinster fell in the hands of authorities in a buy-bust operation conducted by the Criminal Investigation and Detention Group, in two separate towns on Tuesday morning, August 7.

        In the report by CIDG Chief P/Supt. Nestor Tiempo, the first to fall in the dragnet were live-in partners, Cesar Vasquez, 42, married and Amalia Realingo, 47, married, both residents of Barangay Mantagbak here.

        Found in the possession of the couple were a plastic sachet of drugs and marked money.

        At 4:30 p.m. Linda Jueves, 43, spinster, of Capalonga town, was apprehended in room 2ll, Labo Apartelle, when an undercover CIDG agent posed as a buyer of illegal drugs. Recovered from Jueves were Pl,000 marked bills and .2 grams of shabu.

        The three suspects, in the custody of the Daet PNP, are facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9l65 (Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).
