Read this news item in the January 12 issue of the Bicol Mail, with a picture of Atty. Jose Anselmo Cadiz, former national President of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, that Atty. Cadiz is “paving the way for his planned candidacy in the second district of Camarines Sur.”
So, Cadiz is really dead set on his plan to run for Congress this May 2007 elections.
In accord with the higher demands of goodwill and as a fellow IBP member, I wish Cadiz well, and may he find the elusive Holy Grail in righteous victory, my negative opinion the other day, notwithstanding.
