THE CENTER FOR WELLNESS: SAVING THE DRUG VICTIMS. Secretary Francisco T. Duque III of the Department of Health was Guest of Honor during the Inauguration and Blessing of the Camarines Sur Drug Treatment and Rehabilitation Center (CSur-DTRC) last July 19, 2007. Located in Barangay Pamukid, San Fernando, Camarines Sur, DTRC is the sole drug rehab hospital in the province constructed and made possible through the initiative of Department of Health-Center for Health Development (DOH-CHD), and with utmost support from Governor Luis Raymund F. Villafuerte of Camarines Sur. The Drug Rehab Center will serve and save the victims of prohibited drugs not only in Camarines Sur but in the entire region as well. BUILDING BLOCKS FOR EDUCATION. Governor LRay Villafuerte’s Public Elementary School’s Rehabilitation and Development Projects which reeled-off in Nabua Central Pilot Elementary School, Nabua East District during the Blessing, Inauguration and Ceremonial Turn-over of the 2-storey administration building last July 20, 2007, marked the first of a series of the construction blue print for the entire public elementary schools in Camarines Sur that were severely damaged and destroyed by typhoon Reming last year.
