THE CHAMP IS HERE - 2005 Tour of CamSur champ Bryant Sepnio of Nabua, Camarines Sur came to register at the Multimedia Education Center for the 2007 Edition of Tour of CamSur. Sepnio was warmly received by the Tour Event Director, Jordan R. Chavez, III and other MMEC personnel for this years summer extreme sport adventure. GOODBYE VIPEE. Friends and family members led by his father, former Naga City Mayor Vicente Sibulo, Sr. mother Nena and son Joshua, mourn the passing away of Vipee, whose remains were interred last March 10 at Sto. Niño Memorial Park.
