This is in connection with the planned candidacy of the mild mannered son of President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo for representative in the first district of Camarines Sur, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL ARROYO, who has been the center of intrigues and innuendos not only from some oppositionists in the province but more so in Metro-Manila.
Dato stayed long in Naga City and other parts of the province and even studied in the prestigious Ateneo de Naga University. His long association and mingling with many people in the provinces are an accepted fact that he has been accepted by the people of the province. He was instrumental in bringing projects not only to the province of Camarines Sur but also to other parts of the Bicol Region.
Why deprive him his right to serve the people of Camarines Sur specifically in the First Legislative District. I came from that province and the Congressional District needs him.
It will be recalled that the late Juan F. Trivino who hailed from San Juan, Batangas, served the province of Camarines Sur as Governor and eventually as Congressman of the First District.
Go Dato and run for Congressman. Please explain to the people of the First District your Platform of Government.
