STUDY VISITORS. An eleven-man group largely composed of chairmen, secretaries and members of various provincial councils in Afghanistan, a country that has been in war for some three decades in recent times where the government system is far different from that in the Philippines, attended the regular session of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Camarines Sur last Tuesday, May 29 as part of their study tour to observe local government operations in several cities and provinces in the country. The study tour was arranged by the United Nations Development Program in cooperation with the Gerry Roxas Foundation and facilitated by the Ateneo de Naga University in Camarines Sur. HOT NA HOT CELEBRITIES. A hot evening full of games, dance and song numbers occurred at the Capitol Convention Complex last May 27 as the ultimate night for the 2007 Kaogma Festival. Lots of prizes and surprises were given to all Bicolanos who came to see the show. The affair was hosted by Whuz-up, Whuz-up main man Archie Alemana and the hot sexy Maui Taylor. Guests who performed song and dance numbers were Sandara Park and Joseph Bitangcol.
