NEW HOMES FOR TYPHOON VICTIMS. No more miserable shanties (left photos) for the province’s constituents who, in the aftermath of super typhoon Reming that struck almost a year now, were left cold and homeless because Camarines Sur Governor LRay Villafuerte, in partnership with the International Organization for Migration (IOM), launched the Core Shelter Assistance Program that sufficiently addresses the shelter needs of disaster victims like this newly built and sturdier residence (right photos) located in barangay Panagan, Tigaon.
