SPECIAL GUEST. Out of the blue and without any fanfare, presidential daughter Luli Macapagal Arroyo, with her very low key profile and unassuming personality, paid a visit to the Camarines Sur Watersports Complex (CWC) Tuesday, April 08, 2008, where Governor LRay Villafuerte was readily on hand to warmly receive her. She stayed and played the popular watersport of cable wakeboarding to the delight of the other enthusiasts and their families who took the chance for some souvenir shots.
