MOA SIGNING. The Department of Agriculture in Bicol represented by Regional Executive Director Dr. Jose V. Dayao (seated, in checkered polo), and the Calabanga Liga ng Mga Barangay Multipurpose Cooperative, represented by its president, Levi Sta. Ana, Sr. (seated 4th from left) entered into an agreement where the latter will undertake its project on Cassava production, processing and marketing worth P4.2 million with funding assistance from the Spanish Agency for International Development (AECID) and technical assistance from the DA. The Local Government Unit represented by Mayor Evelyn S. Yu (center) will provide counterpart fund for the maintenance of the equipment to be provided by the Project. The MOA signing held very recently at the office of Mayor Yu was witnessed by the barangay captains who comprise the Liga/ Cooperative and officials of the DA regional office and the municipal agriculturist and staff.
