The very first JCI Bicol Night was a success despite the heavy rain that poured, all through the night, hosted by JCI Naga in cooperation with JCI Bicol. Through the initiative of National Vice President for Bicol, JCI Mem. Donaldo Gumabao the unforgettable affair was intended to make Bicol Jaycees united and one in the fought for going National and beyond. There is so much to celebrate on this night. The hardworking NVP Don reiterated that making the Bicol Jaycees on top of all, proves how JCI Legazpi (top 2) and JCI Naga Cariñosa(top 6) ranked in the top 10 in the National JCI Phils. Efficiency Award for this year. He also added that on JCIP National Elections Bicol Jaycees will not be dictated by any other parties and they will respect their own decision in voting. Furthermore, the promise and commitment of hosting the Southern Luzon Area Conference of JCI Naga on 2010 and hosting of JCI Legazpi for National Convention on 2012 is then a pact that they will prove and accomplish. The goal of having National Officers from Bicol Jaycees is not an impossible dream for they have proven the growth and efficiency of its LOM chapters. On this occasion, also celebrates the success of NVP’s term and the acceptance of the incoming NVP for 2009, our very own JCI Sen. Enrico Avelino Evangelista of JCI Naga.

        In attendance on this superb and triumphant celebration are the lucky 8 enthusiastic chapters of JCI Bicol namely, JCI Naga City, JCI Naga Cariñosa, JCI Daet Kabihug, JCI Daet Bulawan, JCI Legazpi City, JCI Legazpi Dawani , JCI Labo Niogan & JCI Tabaco.

        The awarding of plaque to all Chapters including the LOM Presidents was surprisingly given by NVP Don, and a raffle draw courtesy of DGFix Celphone and SMART. Dancing and singing all night and a party with lots of beers cascaded in the night for Bicol Jaycees, celebrating their success as ONE , UNITED and being part of the worldwide federation of young leaders and entrepreneurs.
