ABS-CBN Bayanijuan launches
120-day feeding program in Nabua, CSur

Continuing its advocacy program in celebration of the network’s 55th anniversary, the ABS-CBN conducted August 15 its fourth leg of Bayanijuan feeding program in Nabua, Camarines Sur.

       The feeding program was conducted by employee volunteers from the Corporate Communications Division, Regional Network Group Bicol, Bantay Bata Bicol and Pinoy Big Brother Season 2 Teens Ejay, Alex, Priscilla and Valerie bringing cheers to more than 500 students of Sto. Domingo Elementary School.

       Magtv na, Oragon host Roejan Magnaye and Marhay na Aga host Annalyn Jalimao together with the PBB teens hosted a short program for the students. The volunteers played games, served food and interacted with the beneficiaries. The students were delighted when PBB teens and TV Patrol Anchor Gerard Lorbes and reporter Rizza Mostar Joined the interaction activities and gave in to their requests for photos and autographs.

       After the program, lunch was served consisting of rice, fried chicken, vegetables and fruits. The students are part of a 120-day feeding program in Nabua launched by ABS-CBN Foundation Inc. and sponsor Knorr makulay ang buhay ng batang pinoy program.

       Part of Bayanijuan Advocacy is to help fight undernourishment in the country. Bayanijuan next feeding program is stated in Mindoro.

       ABS-CBN believes that reaching out to the needy is the best way to celebrate the 55th anniversaryof the company whose eternal motto is to be “In the service of the Filipino People.”
