DEADLY MONTH NAGA. City residents here were once again shocked to learn that the body of one Edelyn B. Opiana, 22, of Paulog, Ligao City was found bloodied and lifeless inside her room in an apartment near the BIR District Office along J. Miranda Avenue Extension, a few meters away from city hall and the Bicol Medical Center yesterday morning, Aug. 20. Some personal belongings of the victim were found missing, indicating a case of robbery. This is the second murder case that took place in the city this month after the shooting to death of Naga City Public Market Supervisor Paco Ojeda, 64, in the early morning of Aug. 11.
