DAET,Camarines Norte -- Barangay Dogongan through Punong Barangay Romeo O. Imperial had planned to modernize its facilities for more effective delivery of services to constituents, the Bicol Mail was told.

        Imperial, to implement a comprehensive approach this year, is relying on the barrio’s abundant natural resources as sand and gravel aggregates, coconut, and pineapple.

        Resolutions and ordinances had been in place to accomplish the modernization programs and projects.

        In its effort to encourage community involvement, the sangguniang barangay through the sponsorship of Kagawad Richard W. Cecilio gave recognition to residents of exemplary achievements in their chosen fields.

        This would be followed by other well-meaning activities to booster the aspirations of the barangay, the barangay chief promised.
