New, promoted procecutors named

THE Department of Justice recently released the names of its newly appointed and promoted prosecutors for the City of Naga.

Procecutor Dela Cruz was recently promoted as First Assistant City Prosecutor of Naga City. USEC Salazar, a Bicolano, was a former Integrated Bar of the Philippines national president and Bicolandia’s IBP governor.

        Among those appointed are Julieta C. Namoro-Banes and Odette Francia.Prosecutor Banes was a clerk of court at the regional trial court in Legazpi city while Associate Prosecution Attorney Francia is a newly passed lawyer and is the son of Atty. Mila Ramin-Francia.

        Assistant City Prosecutor Prosecutor Victor C. Dela Cruz was appointed as First Assistant City Prosecutor of the Naga City Prosecution Office. Prior to his appointment he had been connected as public prosecutor with the Albay and Camarines Sur Prosecution Offices. The Public Attorneys Office at Daet Camarines Norte and the Department of Agrarian reform in Camarines Sur as trial lawyer. He had also been the Personnel Officer of the Farm Systems Development Corporation in Bicol region.

        Last year, the Supreme Court released the newly appointed Regional Trial Court judges in Bicol Region. It includes the names of labor arbiter Rolando Bobis (RTC Labo, Camarines Norte), Prosecutor Roberto Escaro (RTC Daet, Camarines Norte), Prosecutor Noel Paulite (RTC Partido), Prosecutor Valentin Pura (RTC Naga City), MTC Judge Angie Arroyo (RTC Partido), MTC Timothy Panga (RTC Iriga city), Atty. Efren Santos (RTC Naga city) and Atty. Manuel Rosales (RTC Iriga city).
