SIXTY different individuals from different walks of life and profession, from veteran public servants to new and emerging youth leaders and all class in between have been honored by the University of Northeastern Philippines in Iriga City, last Wednesday February 27, 2008 at the UNEP Gymnasium.

        The Diamond Jubilee Awards has been postponed earlier due to the recent heavy rains that caused flooding in Iriga City leading to the cancellation of the original scheduled ceremony last week, as part of the school’s 60th Foundation Anniversary.
