MOVING WITHIN THE CIRCLE OF LEADERSHIP. What may be gleaned from this picture speaks well of the efforts being poured by Gov. LRay Villafuerte in bringing the legitimate agenda of the province to the attention of the national leadership as well as his capability to “deliver the goods”. The young governor was with Pres. Gloria Macapagal Arroyo when she led national officials in giving tribute to persons with disabilities in a simple ceremony in Malacañang. The occasion is just one of the numerous events where the young governor was within the president and the nation’s leaders’ orbit of influence, leaving no doubt that he is in the best of terms with the chief executive and the national leadership as well.
