CONCERT TV. Stars Roxanne Guinoo and Jake Cuenca along with Rafael Rosell, Priscilla Mereilles, and Joross Gamboa were hooked live on TV at the Sunday noontime show “ASAP ‘08”, an ABSCBN production when they covered the Kaogma Festival to the utter pleasure of the screaming crowd of fans and excited constituents who came to the Capitol Complex Grounds in droves just to see their favorite celebrities. CamSur Gov. LRay Villafuerte is giving the provincial constituents a memorable experience every Kaogma season making this festival not only the hottest but also the happiest festival in these parts.
