It has two presidential suites for the most discriminating guests who could enjoy Jacuzzi, living and dining rooms and an executive table aside from the LCD television in the best place of the hotel where one can fully relax overlooking the city.

Obiedo said he saw to it that guests would be provided with the best security so he also constructed a spacious parking area which is the common problem of hotels in downtown Naga City.

He said that the renovation of the Villa Caceres Hotel would continue until he had transformed the old part of the hotel into world-class to show that indeed this city could lead Bicol in the hotel industry.

Villa Caceres Hotel has come a long way in delivering its guests the finest that Bicolandia can offer from its establishment in 1993.
