One of Governor LRay Villafuerte’s scholars, Jay “Bugoy” Rillon Bugayan (inset photo), is carving a name for himself in tinsel town by way of his entry into the Pinoy Dream Academy (PDA), a popular talent-based reality TV show on ABS-CBN, as one of its top scholars aiming to become the “Grand Star Dreamer” come finals night on September 14, 2008. A resident of Barangay San Roque Communal, Ocampo, Camarines Sur, his mother, the former Myrna Rillon (USI H/S Batch ’81) – 4th from left, standing - and batch mate of Assistant Provincial Treasurer Eudeza Racadag (3rd from left, standing), recently visited the Provincial Capitol (shown in photo with MMEC staff) and campaigned for her son to clinch the grand prize via massive text votes.
