CATALYST FOR GROWTH. CamSur has once again taken the spotlight as it hosts the opening of the national assembly of the members of the Government Association of Certified Public Accountants (GACPA) from all corners of the country. The affair kicked off Nov.10 at the CamSur Watersports Complex which marks the start of the three-day convention at Villa Caceres Hotel in Naga City. COA Commissioner Juanito G. Espino, Jr. (extreme left, bottom photo) swears in the officers of the newly established GACPA Bicol Chapter, as CamSur Vice Gov. Salvio Fortuno (inset) hands over the key of the province to the GACPA in symbolic ceremony to welcome any and all undertakings by the association which shares the same advocacies and objectives as Gov. LRay Villafuerte in his efforts to further spur development and progress in CamSur.
