MOST REV. ARCHBISHOP LEONARDO Z. LEGASPI, O.P., D.D., led the blessing and inauguration of the Queen of Peace Children Home and Formation Center at Pacol, Naga City last September 22, 2004. Special guests present were Dr. Joel MacCollam and his wife Janna of the World Emergency Relief based in California, USA (extreme left in the photo). The MacCollams together with numerous international donors and relief organizations continuously support the Missionaries of the Poor Sisters that run the said orphanage and formation center.
