The compound of the former Bicol River Basin Development Program (BRBDP) at San Jose, Pili, Camarines Sur is owned by the Provincial Government and houses the offices of Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), Environment and Natural Resources Office (ENRO), and the Civil Relation Services of the AFP. Said offices have been notified by the Capitol to vacate the place not later than July 2005 possibly to pave the way for the proposed Central Office of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH).
