Unding's fury: the worst to
hit Naga in recent years
While most of Naga City residents were still
watching their favorite soap operas on TV and a crowd of
well-heeled people in deep appreciation of a concert by a sextet
of cello, flute, percussion, guitar and violin artists in a
downtown music lounge, Unding, like a thief in the night, at about
9pm of fateful Nov. 19, suddenly unleashed its rampaging winds at
200 kilometers per hour, sending the city in panic and prayer for
God’s mercy. The morning after was a city in chaos and ruins as
the pictures below show, no thanks to Pag-asa’s ineptness and
