DR. Hector M. The amount represents the grant portion of the Congressional Oversight Committee on Agriculture and Fisheries Modernization (COCOFAM). The YFP is joiontly implemented by the National Agriculture and Fishery Council (NAFC), thru the Agriculture and Fishery Council Foundation of the Philippines, Inc. and Quedancor. Witness to the turnover ceremony held last OCtober 6, 2004 at the office of Director Sales are (from left) Renato Z. Enciso of Quedancor, David Z.
