The amount represents the grant portion of the Congressional Oversight Committee on Agriculture and Fisheries Modernization (COCOFAM). The YFP is joiontly implemented by the National Agriculture and Fishery Council (NAFC), thru the Agriculture and Fishery Council Foundation of the Philippines, Inc. and Quedancor.
