THE Office of the Ombudsman for Luzon dismissed, for lack of probable cause, the case filed by two officials of the Sabang Poro Kabisig Organization, Inc. (SPOKOI) against Naga City Mayor Jesse M. Robredo and former Urban Poor Affairs Office chief and now Secretary to the Mayor Nathan A. Sergio.
