NAPOCOR, PGI ARE CULPRITS
Toxic waste dumping assailed

TIWI, Albay — Congress has been asked to halt the dumping of
toxic waste underground by the National Power Corporation (NAPOCOR)
and the Philippine Geothermal Incorporated (PGI) after complaining
residents urged Bayan Muna (BM) Party-list Representative Joel G.
Virador to file a resolution to stop it.
